Letter from Truman to Hoover to discuss European Food Situation May 1945

Written May 1945, this letter (page one) was written by Harry Truman, and was an invitation
 to former president Herbert Hoover, to come
to the White House to discuss the European food situation.
Page 2 is Hoover's reply to the invitation. 
Pages 3, 4, 5, and 6, are a Memorandum from Hoover covering his ideas on how to procede
on Ending the Japanese War.
